Shipping and Refund/Exchange Policy

~Due to the impact of COVID-19 there may be some delays in shipping.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Dough Bowl Candle Co.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


~Shipping charges apply to USPS within the 48 continental US states only. 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).


~Please understand that all of our candles are hand poured and made at the time of purchase and can take 5-7 business days to make.

~Customers are responsible for the package once the package has been marked delivered. Please be mindful of the outdoor temps in the summertime and bring your candle inside as soon as it is delivered. 

~Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday.

How to report missing, lost, or damaged items

If your package has been lost or damaged in transit, you may file an insurance claim: Online: Go to⁄help⁄claims.htm for information on USPS domestic insurance. By mail: Call 800-ASK-USPS (800-275-8777) to have a claim form mailed to you.


Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
